Chief economist at realtor.com, Jonathan Smoke researched the top markets in the U.S. that had the most views per listing and a the best turnover rate. The cities that made the list sold 20 to 38 days faster than other regions. San Diego bumped up to number 5 in June, 2016 from 8 in May, 2016.
