California, and specifically San Diego is one of the hottest markets in the U.S. this month. Chief economist at realtor.com, Jonathan Smoke researched the top markets in the U.S. that had the most views per listing and a the best turnover rate. The cities that made the list sold 20 to 38 days faster than other regions. San Diego bumped up to number 5 in June, 2016 from 8 in May, 2016.
